Terms of Recording Submission

1) Poetry or any work submitted must be an original submission and must be submitted only by its author.

2) The author conveys to this website the right to publish forever the poetry or original work without any renumeration.

3) The author agrees that the submission may be edited, not published or published at a later time.

4) The author agrees to sign any releases requested by this website.

5) The author agrees to maintain a current email address with this website.

6) The author must provide their legal name and may request their work be published with a pseudonym.

7) The author agrees that they will only use their own voice to record their own original poem. Poems read by anyone other than the author of the poem are not acceptable.

8) For recordings of your poems, please submit the text of the poem by email and record only one poem to a file. You may record each poem on your computer (it should probably be in one or more of the following formats, so most people can hear it: mp3, wav and/or Windows wma). You then need to upload it to your homepage, or your personal webpage, or some server on the internet (there are many free services). You then need to email us the link to the file.
